FUNCTION: This individual will monitor and maintain the day to day maintenance operations of the entire plant. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES: ? Repair of plant equipment and property ? Maintain plant equipment and property ? Maintenance Project work ? Any other work assigned as necessary. JOB REQUIREMENTS: ? Minimum of 5 years documented experience in industrial maintenance or completion of maintenance apprenticeship program. ? Working knowledge of industrial mechanics (power transmission, hydraulics and pneumatics). ? Working knowledge of industrial electricity ? Working knowledge of PLC’s and controls ? Ability to do assigned work efficiently and independently ? Ability to work without close supervision ? Ability to communicate with production and support personnel ? Acceptable attendance record ? Must successfully pass entry level Maintenance test. ? Must provide own basic personal tools. ? Must be able to perform all duties as assigned in the work instructions. ? Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs TRAINING: ? Annual Good Manufacturing Practices, Lock out Tag Out, Food Safety and Quality training. ? Annual review of Work Instructions. ? Additional training as necessary. PAY AND BENEFITS: • Qualified rate: $19.00 per hour, overtime after 40 hours per week • Benefits: All benefits may begin after completion of 45 day probationary period, must have an average of 35 or more hours at the end of each calendar month to be eligible for benefits and holiday pay RELATIONSHIPS: INTERNAL: Will report to the Maintenance Manager and or Supervisor, Plant Manager, for direction. Must be able to develop a working relationship with all co-workers. EXTERNAL: May interact with outside vendors and or contractors.

Locate and purchase all maintenance supplies and/or parts required for the efficient and cost effective operation of company. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manages all supplies and parts to budget and set inventory levels • Creates viable business partnerships with outside vendors and equipment suppliers to secure best possible costing of all supplies and parts • Manages all receiving of parts & supplies and responsible for tagging, entering into IMaint system and putting in proper item location • Conducts routine inventories on all parts and supplies • Works closely with Maintenance Manager and Supervisor on all Capital Expenditure Requests • Other duties as directed by the Maintenance Manager RELATIONSHIPS: Internal: Will report to the Maintenance Manager for guidance and supervision. Will interact with all levels to insure proper operating conditions. External: Will deal with outside contractors and vendors when necessary to secure their services. Must be able to communicate and extract details to resolve problems or gain necessary information. Position Backup: Staff SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Will be responsible for efficiently completing all assigned tasks and duties. Will be responsible for maximizing the efforts of all employees under the direct control of this position. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education: Minimum high school education necessary, but post high school education, either in a business or material management concentration, preferred. Experience: Minimum of 2-years experience in a manufacturing setting - preferably food manufacturing and previous experience as a supervisor. Must possess good computer skills and have knowledge of inventory and purchase order accounting software. Must have a positive attitude and excellent people skills. Must possess good written and verbal communications skills.
