Looking for a SKILLED diesel mechanic. Pay based on experience - starting point would be around $16.00. First shift hours. Would do truck repair and possibly road calls. Own tools is a plus

Must have prior experience cutting the basic cuts of meat for the meat department and also interact with customers and special requests.

Our powder team is responsible for powder coating unfinished metal parts and preparing them for Products/Assembly team. Must have a working knowledge of a ITW Gema industrial powder coating system, reclaim components and programming OptiTronic powder control system. The painter must know how to use a liquid spray gun and pump system. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following; other duties may be assigned. • Perform daily, weekly and preventative maintenance on the powder system, per work instructions. • Collecting parts from the shelves and tables • Hanging parts on the line • Housekeeping and Safety • Loading and unloading the burn off oven. • Application of powder • Inspection of powder to Quality Control standards • Inventory cycle and yield counts • Computer Literate • Work from written and verbal instructions to properly apply • paint to required parts surfaces. Prepare parts for painting as required. • As required use overhead hoist to move and position parts in painting enclosure. • Set and adjust paint spray nozzles and direct paint spray onto desired surfaces. • Review paint finish for any defects. • Oil unpainted machined surface. • Check paints and thinner supplies and notify supervisor when low. • Clean spray gun and compressor rig periodically. • Change paint booth filters as required. • Detect defective material, unusual conditions, operating difficulties and report to supervisor. Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition and works as a team member of the paint department. • Perform other duties as assigned and directed by Supervisor. • Adjust and operates the powder equipment to meet production and quality standards. Troubleshoots the powder system and quality problems. • Performs inventory transactions, per work instructions. Salary The salary range is $14.57 - $15.75 per hour, based on experience. DIRECT HIRE POSITION! $11.58/hour First shift 6:30am - 3:00pm Monday - Friday STEEL TOED BOOTS REQUIRED Essential Job Functions: • Must be capable of operating a 12-speed tractor trailer with a heavy duty manual transmission. • Must have a current driver’s license. • Must have experience in performing operator level troubleshooting, refueling, and preventive maintenance. • Ability to read and understand work instructions. • Communication skills to coordinate work flow. Accountabilities: • Responsible for conducting daily preventive maintenance and issuing afternoon reports. • Responsible for conducting daily inventory of all trailers staged in the yard. • Will obtain a list of equipment requirements for the daily shipping schedule at the start of every shift. • Will safely dock and undock both loaded and empty trailers on an as needed basis for both the shipping and receiving departments. • Responsible for insuring that all safety requirements have been met (i.e. wheel chocks, dock plates, trailer locks, and loading personnel). Knowledge and Experience: • Ability to work as a part of a team with adherence to established safety, productivity, and quality standards is required. Testing Qualified candidate will be tested both written and hands on. Qualified candidate must pass written to proceed to hands on. Awarded candidate will receive one week of training prior to hands on testing (must pass hands on training)
